- Poor #136524

You have two young ( men ) individuals who DO NOT know how to treat human beings; people and customers. No one should have to be skipped over twice because of ethnicity; how they dress or how they look; OR if an employee of your bank does not like someone. Your in customer service -- you have NO other choice BUT to like every customer that comes in there. The two gentlemen ( "Black" and Hispanic/Latin origin ) did just THAT !! YOUR NOT SPECIAL !! PLEASE stop playing God Almighty by judging people and treating them like second class citizens. This incident occurred in October 2015. I REALLY hope for the rest of their lives they get treated EVERY SINGLE DAY just like how they treated me for that 20 minutes that I had to wait unnecessarily PLUS the longest 10 minutes I had to spend with Mr. "Suave" of 23rd Street. As soon as he "finished" with me his whole attitude change - AND his demeanor - when a very pretty White woman came by and spoke with him !!!!!!!
