Called Caps Audio a few days Before Labor day to have My Boat Stereo Upgraded and set up properly. They were extremely polite and Helpful even with there busy schedule came down to my Boat and looked it over and gave me an estimate I already had purchased new marine speakers and Head Unit...
The next day I approved the estimate and they started the work. After a full day it was done.
Amazing job !!!! I was Blown away!!! the workmanship is fantastic! Better then the factory could ever do. They cleaned up all the wiring that was Messed up by the previous owner which looked like a rats nest. you cant even see the wiring now... Best part is they also made it expandable and ready for me to add more amps and subs when I am ready but as of now this thing Bumps even over 60 mph on the water

All I did was call for a quote to sell and install a $1400 head unit. Not only did he refuse, he outright said that they only deal with "Ferraris and Lamborghinis. I guess my money isn't green enough for him because I only drive a $40k car.

Called to have a brand new never installed/ still in original packaging benzi box stereo that I wanted installed. They refused to install it because it is "old" and wanted nothing to do with it. I even told them i understand that there would be no warranty and that the liability was on me. Still refused. Did not know that they had that much money that my money is not good enough for them. Called a more reputable company that has many locations on Long Island and told me they have no problems installing my own equipment and that the warranty they would give would be on their workmanship and materials but not on the head unit. I made the appointment. I am thankful that Caps Audio said they would not install my stereo. They just want you to purchase their own stereos. CAPS IS CRAP.

Absolutely amazing. They listened to what I was looking for and gave me an absolute awesome system for my classic car at a great price.

These guys are amazing! One look at their shop and you can see they do quality work. They are knowledgeable and fair. They fixed my problem quickly and inexpensively.
