The staff is very nice and polite. Food taste good but the portions are too small for the price you have to pay. Also the restaurant doesn't offer Wi-Fi service, free appetizer nor a menu special. And all of this goes against one of the quotes hanging in te bathroom that states: "Giving is a symbol of abundance" (or something similar, don't remember well)

One of my favorite vegan restaurants in New York. It's a little upscale, so I probably wouldn't go here unless it was a special occasion or I was feeling spendy, but if you have a vegan you'd like to take out for a special evening, this is a great bet. The menu is top-notch, and changes often enough to keep things interesting. The decor is nice and modern, and the service is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Food excellent so excellent that I didn't realize it was vegetarian.Staff polite and attentive,not intrusive.Decor pleasant.

I believe this restaurant has improved since it first opened. Based mostly on a recent brunch visit, I recommend the seitan chimichurri, the seitan piccata, the fried oyster mushrooms (a special), the waffles, the homemade ice creams (note, not all are homemade) and the strawberry shortcake.
