Can Do Fitness and Wellness

The best gym ever! The classes and instructors are amazing. The facility is super clean and fancy. All the staff members I dealt with are great and they treat you as if you are a VIP person. Also the gym is really well-equipped. I had to leave it because the location was not too convenient for me. However, I highly recommend the gym to anyone!

I've joined Can Do out of necessity and I really wish there was a better option out here besides CrossFit gyms.

Front desk is nice, my sales rep was not so nice. And I'm being delicate. I came in about 7-8 months ago to check out the spot and had the exact same negative experience with the same sales rep.

I've been in the fitness industry for 10 years and this kind of facility has sooooo much potential but it's a shame the staff isn't very well trained.

Second point. The weight rack for the Dumbbells is in complete disarray non of the weights are where they should be and the equipment is in desperate need of repairs or upgrades. For $80/month I would expect more.

They have an excellent facility. Lots of free classes of many kinds for members. Kind of pricey, but it is so convenient to where I live that I can be there in 5 minutes, door-to-door. Women's locker room is cool with free temporary lockers, clean showers, lots of room with nice hair dryers. Their Pilates classes and Yoga classes are great. Instructors are great. It's a little hard to understand the Asian instructors, but you get it from watching others...

Great gym and fantastic classes. It is expensive, but they really try to find you discounts! (ie, I'm a teacher so they gave me one, family plans, corporate plans, etc)
