Fabulous small classes by a very dedicated experienced teacher. Almost like having your own private class; as Rhonda Carroll pays attention to each students needs and any limitations...Shoulder, hip, knee etc... !!
I am so thrilled to have found this diversified exercise studio, conveniently located on Lumber rd. Happy to say I highly recommend Calliope for anyone looking for a small personalized studio. Best studio on the North Shore!
