You will not leave here full and satisfied unless you get the $120 tasting menu. But if you so choose you can have some of the best uni available in the city, on super extra crunchy seaweed. The sashimi and sushi here are quite exceptional, but the menu is limited day to day (not all offerings are available a la carte).
The homemade soba was delicious but again... miniscule portions. The side of buckwheat seeds (from which soba is made) was yummy and educational. We really wanted a full bowl after the taste but this was not an option.
