First try. So far we are liking it. Coffee is great, fresh orange juice squeezed right in front of you. Food is really good and prices are good. Clean. Great service. Love the old style counter and stools. We were greeted by cooks etc as we walked in and as we left. Definitely a new spot for us.

~Coffee: Unbelievable. I know because I drink it black. Service: impeccable. Put it this way, your coffee gets refilled and you didn't even know it. Sue is tentative to everyone. A real home away from home spot. Chef: the owner; fast, accurate, and food is delicious. CafeTalya is an affordable, no nonsense, breakfast and lunch nook that has found a niche on Avenue B. One more thing, fresh orange juice the old fashioned way. So go, find a seat, and people watch.
