Very good and inexpensive. Must try: coxinha com catupiry and a pastel (they're all good). If you want a brazilian burger though, go down the street to altas horas.

Adoro ir a Casa do Pao do Queijo. Pessoal muito bacana. Quando passo por la sempre levo pao frances, empadinhas, risoles, coxinhas, pasteis e docinhos pra casa. Eh um pedacinho do Brasil no Ironbound.
I love going there and taking home a little taste of Brasil.
