Nice ambiance, food is only okay

Love this place. Been coming here for years. The service is great.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE YOUR DAY RUINED, PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PALCE!!!! Their waiters treat customers like shit, me and my friend we never feel so frustrated by any waiter in NY in our entire life, and that's not exaggerated. If you see magazine's are recommending this place, don't go because although they may have good coffee (while other place can have just as good and even better coffee), most yelp reviews are telling the truth they do deserve the worst service award!!!!

a nice authentic place with a quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. we had lunch there and enjoyed all of it. from salad to pasti and a couple of perfect cappuchini to finish it.

A place/coffe/restaurant/bar should never treaty the clients like they do. If I would be the owner I WOULD FIRE THEM ALL (not kidding).

I went to this place with my girlfriend because it look good from the exterior and she wanted to have a coffee. We sat on the bar, we order a latte, and they gave us the late with no spoon or either a plate underneath.

What it comes now is just DISGUSTING.

We asked another guy for a plate and a spoon, and he gave us a spoon, he grabbed a plate from a used cup (dirty obviously) and in front of us, he wiped with a rug and put gave it to us.

We asked again, do you have a clean plate?

And his reaction was grab the plate, wipe it again with the same rug, and returned to us saying in a very disgusting way "clean enough?".

We left, we didn't drink the coffee, and I won't come back.
