I have been going to this market since 1998. When it was really a dump. Ok so now its cleaner and more products but.... The coldest night 1/4/2016 in many many months and they decide to close early!!! Really??? I got there 10 minutes before closing and told them I only needed two things but they would not let me in. Really? I have been in retail in NYC for 25 years and never ever worked or owned a shop where that would be acceptable. Ctown what the hell???

Wow has this supermarket gone through a transformation. It used to be a little stinky and need some elbow grease to get it clean. Now it seems like a mini whole foods. I can usually find everything I need here.

Great place to check out the battle over Purdue and Free Range Organic Artisan Local Rooftop stuff. The local produce shop closed so C-Town expanded next door and now has more over priced produce than before. They have a great variety of crap and horribly over priced crap....

Eh. This supermarket has recently been completely remodeled, which means it looks nice and it's headed a few steps upscale. Now there are six types of kombucha and one type of canned beans. The beer section is bigger than the bread section. The produce is pretty miserable -- the ginger is shriveled, the onions are old, the carrots are split -- since hipsters apparently buy their kale in bags. Add in the fact it's overpriced even for Brooklyn and you've got a place where nobody likes to shop.
