I got into a tiny fender bender and brought the vehicle here that I had struck and not only was I happy with the job, but the person whose car I had damaged was extremely happy with the work. They are accomodating, friendly, reliable, and affordable. Will absolutely use them again!

CT was not responsible for anything wrong with the vehicle mentioned by katrina in her review . The customers came in to have a turbo replaced because "their mechanic" told them they needed a turbo the job was completed and they continued to have a problem the car was not diagnosed here and only the requested repairs were done. The car was taken to vw where the turbo was also reviewed and showed to be in fine working condition. CT auto is independent from 103 auto sales and neither company is scheming anyone the customer bought a used car and all we did was try accomodate the customer by doing the job requested. Maybe you guys should have asked us to diagnose the car and repair what we felt was wrong. The vehicles condition at the time it was purchased is in no way our responsibility because we neither bought nor sold the vehicle in question. This may have been a bad judgement on the part of the buyers of this car or the result of beating on a automatic gti turbo. The owner of the car felt he knew the issue with the car was the turbo and this was replaced with a brand new turbo. CT auto and its employees always work to acomodate the needs of our customers. Used cars usually have issues and it is best a trained professional resolves this issues as opposed to trying to figure out the problem on your own people spend their whole lives learning about cars, the owner who believed himself a car expert was obviously just a novice guessing at the issue. As for the drive i assure you my insurance policy is more than sufficient to cover the cost of your volkswagen. This review was written by Charles Tubio owner of CT Auto LLC in bloomfield NJ.

THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAMMING CAR DEALER AND DOES NOTHING BUT STEAL PEOPLES MONEY AND CURSE AT THEM WHEN YOU CALL AND TRY AND HAVE YOUR VEHICLE FIXED UNDER THE WARRENTY THAT WAS PROVIDED. The car that was purchased was in the shop twice before we even got our plates(16 days after we drove it off the lot) and it still was not fixed. We called the very next day to complain and were greeted with nothing but disrespect from the owner of the company, Mike. He was hostile and verbally abusive and his excuse was, "It's a used car.. it's not going to be perfect!" Yes, it is a used car. A 2007 Volkswagen GTI with 56,000 miles. No one expects a used vehicle to be perfect every car was wear and the only things that should be wrong with a vehicle with such little miles is the belts, brakes or other minor maintenance issues.. not a blown turbo or head gasket. How do you even sell a vehicle in such poor condition? After doing the leg work and fighting for the warrenty work, it was finally done by "his warrenty mechanic", CT Auto Repair , who is also just a bundle of curses and attitude. Aside from the vehicle not being fixed and continuing to blow white smoke from the exhaust, it had an additional 100 or so miles on it when we got it back. When he was confronted about it his reply was, "Edison is 100 miles away." So you mean to tell me that in order for you to test drive the vehicle properly after repairs, you need to drive it all the way to Edison from Bloomfield Ave. in Bloomfield which is located a 200 yrds from the parkway enterance. What the hell is that all about..?! Why couldn't just have taken it down the parkway or rte 80, opened her up a little bit and turned around. I took it upon myself to google map from the auto repair shop to the closest point in Edison, NJ which comes to 64.6 miles round trip. Hmm, where else did he cruise to in our vehicle..?! God forbid he were to have gotten into an accident or something..! How unprofessional..! I'm not sure how both of these establishments stay in business..! If you are looking to buy a used car or have a vehicle fixed DO NOT GO TO 103 Auto Sales or CT Auto in Bloomfield, NJ
