C D Island

Selling DVDs and CDs is like pawning them, your not going to receive what you think they are worth, used preplayed or not, your not a wholesaler. Ever watch pawn stars, hardcore pawn, no one in business is going to pay you unknown walk in top dollar.
Nothing on their website states " they will buy all your CDs and DVDs".

I live locally, so I decided to check out this store. I DO NOT RECOMEND IF YOU ARE SELLING DVDS/CDS. Do not be fooled by there claims that they will buy ANY and ALL of your DVDs and CDs for cash. I recently went in there to get rid of almost 40 DVD's. All from the year 2000 and higher. All worked. All in their original cases and in perfect condition (No scratches) After the clerk handed me back 30 of them, saying they were too scratched. (Again none of them were, and they all worked) he handed back another 7 saying they wouldn't sell. (Wouldn't sell? They were fairly new movies starring major actors/actresses) The final 3 he bought and I walked out of the store with a whopping $1.25 ( Keep mind these 3 were probably they oldest of the bunch, and still were sealed closed in there original packaging) The store is a rip off. I would not recommended anyone purchasing anything or selling anything to go there. I would have gotten more money and sold more DVD's if I had a garage sale.

I highly recommend this store; if you like movies and music you can find pretty much anything here. I've shopped here for years and if they didn't have it they got it for me the next day. The prices are more than reasonable. I bought movies for 5 bucks. I am addicted to this place.
