C & R Associates

I live in Orlando Florida, and I was recommended by a friend who moved down this past year. I would have to say it was the most care free experience ever had during those oh to often hectic tax months. Ron and his team expedited my taxes fast and with more efficiency than any of those other big name tax companies like “H&R blockheads”. Plus, C. & R. even provided updates and stream line communication that was tailored specifically to me and my needs. I walked away with a feel ling that I was not another face but a local customer who was greeted by name every time I called. This was hard to accomplish purely due to the fact that I live here in Orlando. I have now been going to them for the last two tax seasons and recommend them to those friends that are looking to build a long lasting relationship with a company that cares about their clients as individuals and not receipts.

They are extremely unorganized, they don't return phone calls if you leave a message and are very unknowledgeable about their business. Their receptionist is the worst!!!! She is extremely rude and unhelpful. I would NEVER use their services again and I would never recommend this place to anyone else. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a tax office.
