C & M Shade Corporation

I ordered shades and vertical blinds from C & M which were not installed for over a year because of issues with the building beyond our control. When the shades were installed one vertical shade did not work. C & M admitted there was a defect with the shade track but sent me a bill to replace it. I felt the part should have been warranteed because it was obviously defective, but C & M disagreed and insisted that I should pay for the part. I was very disappointed in them for not standing by their product, but I was planning to pay the invoice (after I received several bills). INSTEAD, C & M charged my credit card without my approval!! They had my card on file and went ahead and charged me wiithout my permission! BEWARE of their business practices and QUALITY.
