Way less crowded and obnoxious than most (soul) cycling places. Favorite class is BYK & Boot...30 min cycling 30 min boot camp. Although, boot camp can get cramped in their right quarters

I love this cycling studio! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the instructors are amazing an energetic -- and bonus, the owner sometimes brings her dog! plus: their supplies are locally sourced here in Brooklyn.
