SCAM!!!! They take your money and run!!! False promises to get your money then they do not live up to anything they said and are lucky if they even reply in a timely manner. Very unprofessional and worst experience I ever had with any company ever in general

**Zero Stars should be an option.**

They put landlords first, and renters third before their corrupt practices. Considering how NYC is heavily deregulated and they know the loop holes to screw people over if need.

My last communication to them would be what you put into the world you get back.

Good riddance!!!
