While I made the mistake of purchasing a decent bottle of wine at a dinky corner liquor store, the merchant refused to give me a refund when I showed him the wine had turned to vinegar due to improper storage. The manager claimed he need a week to confirm this with his distributor and needless to say I never heard from him again. I will never again purchase anything from this dishonest vendor.
