This place is really hit and miss. Sometimes I have the best meal, and sometimes it isn't great. The beer selection is always great, and I love that you can order up to a 2 litre boot of beer. The pretzel with beer cheese is absolutely the best, but sometimes it taste better than other times. I like the burger and the pizza a lot. One of my favorite things to get as an appetizer is the shishito peppers.

Good beer selection, a bit cold in the winter though! Good fun with sport on the TVs and nice food

I've been going here for years, and it never gets old. Great beer selection with very knowledgeable and helpful wait staff. The food is excellent, including the pizza which is surprising for a German beer place! They also have a private room downstairs that you can book for private events, complete with its own bar and wood burning fireplace.

Truly terrible experience here. From the outside it looks inviting but that is quickly dispelled by the very rude hostess. We probably should have left at that point but chose to sit at the bar, whereupon we met with an even less pleasant bartender who overcharged us and was less than unapologetic when this was pointed out.
