The woman are rude over the phone I went to another eye doctor because the travel was long my new doctor called for my daughters file and they hung up on her I called and got nothing they never called my doctor back with hell happen to this place thank god I found a new doctor also my new doctor found things this eye doctor had not so if u want better eye care go somewhere else like pelham vision center on lydig avenue where they show that they care and have better equipment

POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, NO AIR CONDITIONING, EXTENSIVE LONG WAITS TO BE SEEN AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
