Burger King

The worst customer service known across all galaxies. Fast-food is supposed to be fast and hot, not cold and sloppy. The whole staff needs the boot at the most, sensitivity training at the least. Did I mention how terrible the customer service was. SHEEEEYIT!

Terrible, absolutely horrendous Burger King, and I hope your not looking for decent customer service because your damn well not getting that either! The workers tend to talk too much rather then get the job done.. today I went to get some fast food in the area on a visit and ended up regretting coming here. They screwed up my order and blamed it on someone else but was proven wrong, and the other worker had this nasty ghetto comment on how I lost things when I never did?!? Disgusting, I got my food by the end of the day but still, disgusting.

This Burger King has shown me, first-hand, what horrible customer service looks like. When someone asks me what I think customer service is supposed to be, this is the complete opposite. Once or twice, I'll walk in and they'll have their stuff together and I can get my order without a hitch but a majority of the times that I go to this place, my order is wrong, the staff has attitude, they have sidebar conversations, they don't acknowledge you when you walk in and you stand there for a while wondering if anyone is going to get to you...this one time I ordered a meal for my family but out of pure HABIT of going to this place, I check my bag to make sure everything is there and of course, one of the items is missing. I ask politely if I can have another medium fry and the person serving rolls her eyes before handing it to me like I'm wasting her time and I shouldn't ask for what I paid for and it's just...if I can avoid going here, I do. If you want burgers and fries without the screw-ups and the attitude, try the McDonald's by the train station.

This team, including management just takes orders n push u to the side. Too much side bar conversations every time I go
