The associate or store manager Bernard was rude in regards to a defective shoe I had purchased. I was in contact with Burberry London and they sent me to an actual store for further inspection of the shoe (toddler pete check sneaker). Bernard kept asking about me receipt which I clearly explained to Burberry London that I did not have it but had the original box with bar code. Long and short is upon further inspection it was considered normal wear and tear which I don't understand since the other shoe was fine. So for $150 I'm pretty disappointed. I would provide the image of the shoe if I could.
