Buffalo Wild Wings

I love the food, but the service is terrible, YESTERDAY it took around 10 minutes for the waitress to come and ask us for the drinks, we ordered our appetizers and food, after we got the food, my wings didn't have sauce, I wait another 20 minutes for the waitress and I told her about my wings! SHE CAME BACK WITHOUT THE SAUCE! By that time I didn't want the food!!! By the way I was there Wednesday of last week, the waitress was terrible as well

I never expect great service from Buffalo wild wings, but this place is seriously the worst. It's difficult to even list all the mess-ups today with my group's orders. Everything was wrong, some things were served rotten and others served stale. One returned order was brought back out in a half portion. Do not ever go here, unless you are fully prepared for terrible service and potentially dangerous food

This place was really nice, food was great, and my waiter Damien was awesome...I highly recommend coming here.

Wait time is reasonable.

They need to fix their mic. It was terrible sound. Other than that, perfect.

Went with my co-worker for lunch. Ordered from the lunch menu. I only ordered the small wings but the waitress said it came with a side, so I ordered the tortilla soup. I asked for the celery and carrots with blue cheese (which came with the lunch). Our food came 30 min. later. The place was not particularly busy. When our bill came, we were charged for the soup, celery and carrots, and my co-worker's fries (which also came with the lunch). After we told the waitress, she left the table and 10 min later came back admitting she made the mistake. She ASKED us if we want her to ASK her manager to remove the additional charges. She should've done that BEFORE she came back to us. WHY DOES SHE NEED TO BE TOLD TO ASK ~~ASK~~ HER MANAGER TO SEE IF ~~IF~~ THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES CAN BE REMOVED???
