Great bar with great vibe, Can get very busy at times, and crazy busy during the summer (Who can blame the place). There is something about having a beer in a place which surround you with wood.
Coll barmen, cool people, cool place.

It's not for everyone, but if you like pickles or vinegar, get the Pickle Martini. Made with McClure's pickles! Delicious!!

Sometimes Bua feels like Crif Dog's waiting room. This could be a first bar stop while you wait for PDT. Bua is surprisingly casual. It is an everyday East Village type bar perfect for students, girls night out, birthdays, twenty-somethings, and dates. It's not a big bar. In fact, it consists of two small rooms - one that has the bar and the other with a few wooden tables and benches. This is not a great place for groups but a great gathering spot. They've got some interesting drinks. My group feasted on a variety of martinis (Dirty and Pickle), imported beer, and spiked hot apple cider. They even have adult grilled cheese sandwiches if you're hungry or want something to munch on while you drink.
