Went here a while ago to get a second opinion on a front end noise for TDI SW. They had completely different, and correct, opinion and solution for a suspension problem than Manhattan VW dealer proposed.
Fix was much more economical as well. Worth the drive and will go back.

I've been servicing my cars there for years they are the best. Genuine parts, quick service, and their prices are always fair. Knowledgeable mechanics who knows their cars and great guys overall.

Tom took care of my 2003 Jetta as best as anyone can. Friendly service, same price as any mechanic as far as I can tell, and by god they won't crack casings or install your windshield wiper incorrectly (lesson learned from precious crappy mechanic). Atlas Shopping Center down the road within walking distance if you need to kill a few hours, I used to hit the gym. Closed Sat&Sun which, albeit a little annoying for the weekday warrior, impressive as an employer in USA. I was sad to lose these guys after moving away. Hopefully I can find another shop that is as well trained as these guys.

Andy and now Tom, have been taking care of my cars for the past 10 years. Their honestly sets them apart.
You will not find a drop of oil or grease on the entire floor. The mechanics are friendly and their clothes are spotless. The service is amazing and the prices super-reasonable. Although I am in Manhattan and their location is not so travel-friendly for me, I would not even think about taking my Audi anywhere else!
