Recent Robbery, Unsafe, Poor Maintenance and Extremely irresponsible Management
These are independent apartment homes owned by individual owners but the maintenance of the condo is executed very poorly by the committee. The safety of tenants is a major issue as very recently (August 31 2012 during the labor day long weekend) 2 of the apartments were majorly robbed during day time, followed by no help or support from the management committee. The complex has useless security camera with no resolution to detect anything and is also placed at an unstrategic place near the dumpster. It was surprising to see the lack of interest and initiative on the part of the management committee to take any action towards making the place more secured to avoid such future incidents of robbery. I will not recommend this apartment complex since any of the apartments can be the next target of the burglars. The locks of the outer doors are dysfunctional as they may be opened with any key. Just be aware of these existing risks and if you need to take up an apartment here, make sure you are able to negotiate with your owner to speak to the management to make your stay safer. And if you see no action, do not agree to pay more than $900 for a one bedroom..not worth the risk!! Good Luck!!
