Returned some shirts that had ripped at the elbow. Very painless experience.

I would give 0 stars - the staff is super unfriendly and not helpful

I went in to this shop on 13 November around 2pm with the intent of purchasing a couple of suits. There was only one other customer in the shop who was buying a shirt. The salespeople sat frozen behind the computer. No one came forward to offer help. I called out if someone could assist and then again waited for 15 mins (even though they had clearly noticed me). No reaction from the sales personnel in the store - they kept starting at the computer and chatting amongst themselves. I walked out frustrated after 20 mins.

Clearly no one had heard about a term called Customer Service. Am sure the tailor would have been equally apathetic and I would have ended with a run-of-the-mill product.

@Brooks Brothers - I do not know how you select your sales people, how you train them or what your business strategy is but I can see you have begun your downward journey. Good luck kepeing the shutters open especially on this one.
