Our company buys from Brooklyn Supply all the time, but as the junior man in our department, I have not had the pleasure of dealing with them directly until recently when I had to return a broken surveillance camera. While usually a terrible and annoying process anywhere else, however, Lorri, was able to expedite the process with Toshiba, take all the frustration of a return away, and she always got back to me fast and effeicently.

Great service, support and sales... Pricing was as good as it gets..especially on ICC, Speco and cable. Same day local delivery was amazing and bailed us out of a big jam. Best kept secret in the business.. Thanks Again!!!!
