Amazing food. I love the food.
But the depressing staff. I buy there for like a year now and nobody smiles at that place.
I completely understand all other reviews about the worse service, so here's a tip: order a pick up and never wait to absorb the bad vibe.

Awesome breakfast sandwiches.... NEVER pleased with the staff - they don't appreciate your business and always in bad mood. Expect great food, do not expect friendly service.

Normally I only care about the quality of the food, but the terrible service actually made the experience awful. The clerk took the order incorrectly and the cook insisted our item didn't come with bread, even though it was on the menu.

I received my first order from Brooklyn Standard for lunch today. Although the food is fresh and tasty--
it was skimpy for the price. Grilled chicken salad - didn't fill up even half the container -recd corn even though asked for no corn - they did put dressing on the side as requested. Someone else order Pesto chicken with baby Kale - they received spinach instead. May or may not order from here again.
