My friend's two children went here with a list of books to find, e.g. Alice In Wonderland. The librarian just told them to go look on the shelf and didn't assist at all.

I just can't understand if you work here why can't you treat people with respect. It must be because it says public on the name. The people here do the same thing that most employees do in most public government agencies... Yeah the play, text and facebook more than they work. Stay tuned to my YouTube channel Mr. Bloomberg cause I'm gonna start recording them so you can see your hard working government employees in action.
