Brooklyn Public Library

This library is THE WORST library!!!!! Staff is unprofessional, lacks knowledge and have no customer service skills.
The library is always noisy, children running around yelling and screaming. No one is monitoring the empty computers while there is a queue to use the computer.
I absolutely dread coming here and do so only because grand army library is a train ride away.

Before you listen to all the negative comments you should read my review first. Yes the library can get noisy but that because of the teens and kids who go. Depends on when you go and where you sit. This is not the worst location though. I've been to other locations and Sunset Park is much more noisy and that's due to the fact of so many schools near by and kids go there to hang out and sit there using the free wifi. they do that everywhere, dont like it dont go back or go earlier if you can. I go at random times of the days either early or late in the day and find my corner. Put your headphones on and zone them out if it bugs you. thats how i get my work done if theyre loud.

This location is probably the noisiest library in all of Brooklyn, it's more like a play ground/day care center.

Animals. It's a zoo in there. People won't stop talking. Librarians don't keep people quiet like the old days.
They should close it down but the problem is the animals might migrate to other adjacent libraries.
