Brooklyn Phono

Brooklyn Phono is great. I've done over 20 -12inch vinyl pressings with them for my indy label and they have allways delivered a perfect product. If there was an issue they allways told me about it and fixed it. Vinyl pressing is a complex art and not as simple and straightforward as some peeps think. Shipping has always been very good at reasonable rates with them. They're a family run bizness that I have worked with for over 10+ years and will use them in the future as well.

STAY AWAY!! We received our LPs ($$) and though there was no damage on the outside of the boxes, 7 out of 10 of the LPs had badly banged up jackets and were unsellable. After sending photos to these guys and MANY back and forth messages they agreed that they must have shrink wrapped them too tight (or they may have dropped the original LP jacket boxes before they stuffed them with vinyl and boxed them up shipped them to me anyway) and would pay to reprint jackets and repackage my LPs. Then, while we thought they were ordering these up, they completely forgot about the situation and now are trying to say that they will not honor our deal. Fern is the main person we've dealt with there and though she comes across as friendly, she has completely dropped the ball and will not pick it back up. She has been blowing us off for a year now. NOT RECOMMENDED!! Worst manufacturing company we've dealt with and we've been doing this for over 15 years.

The office manager, Paul, is a bit uptight, but he gets the job done promptly and to my specifications. My records sound great, and I will be using Brooklynphono exclusively for all of my label's record pressing needs in the future.
