Long story short, the staff purposely did my prescription wrong on both eyes, I told them it was uncomfortable, they lie and gave me a bs story that the eye rest is a bit further away. I went to the store across the street and got the lenses check to see if it matched my prescription and they were both off. The staff that worked on fixating the frames for a tight fit purposely bend and broke my frames.
I am frustrated, this place has terrible service, their staffs are disrespectful, obnoxious and deceitful monsters. Previously I've purchased from them before and the owner promised he'd give me a discount next time should I needed another pair for whatever reason and little did I know when I got back there a week later he deny he said that, but I still went ahead and purchased new lenses. When I went back to pick up my glasses they've gave me a prescription that was off on both eyes. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THE ORTHOPEDIC PRESCRIBED, I told them I feel dizzy and it was different from the first pair, the staff that fixate the glasses for me purposely lie to my face saying its different because the eye rest is closer. Then he bend my glasses where it became uneven. I went to a different store and I ask to scan it and indeed it was off. The people that work here look at you and smile on the outside but on the inside they're empty, weak deceitful people. They shouldn't even be open, their practice is unethical, demoralizing and hateful.

I am sorry to hear of the horrible experience Sukina had - but I did not have any problems at all. I went in for an eye exam and glasses and I did not encounter any attitude problems with any of the staff - I came back about an hour later and left with my new pair of glasses - reasonably priced and very satisfied.

Avoid this optical inc. by all means.
They claimed 1 hour service. But, my mom had to go there 3 times just to get her glasses.
1st day, when my mom put on her newly prescripted lens, she can't see so clearly. The fine prints were a little fuzzy. The sales clerk told her it was normal. OK service for the first day.
2nd day, my mom went back to the store and told him she can't work if she can't see clearly. Then the clerk's attitude totally changed. I guess he wasn't happy she went back for a fix and she use her old frame instead of buying a new one from them. He said, she would need a magnifying glass instead of lens for Presbyopia with a look-down attitude. What the!!! for reading newspaper??? My mom had another eye exam and she complained to the doctor which the guy heard. Afterwards, his attitude changed a little better. But my mom was so angry, and her blood pressure spiked.
3rd day, I went back with my mom to see for myself. Another girl helped us since that guy was busy. Now, this girl Carmen, I asked another sales for her name. Her attitude was beyond words!! She said, "madam, I don't care who helped you last, let me look at your file." She had her back turned to us and walking away while yelling those words. THAT ATTITUDE!!! Then, she came back and told us we need to wait 1 hour for the glasses. After 3 visits, we still need to wait another hour? I asked if she could hurry up, we don't have the all the time in the world. She said twenty minutes after I asked. So, I asked again. She was practically yelling at us. "We need 20 minutes for the lenses. Do you understand we need 20 minutes to curve the lenses. Twenty minutes (she was showing us her two fingers, index & middle, for twenty minutes). What!!! She was treating us like two kids or two dumb idiots.
What's with their professionalism? They don't even have the most basic respect for the customers.
DON'T GO THERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
