Brooklyn Medicaid Office

I don't understand why when you go down to get help they are so nasty,don't they understand that if you or anyone else didn't need any help ,they wouldn't even have a job they should be more compassionate towards people's needs.

Well my experience with them was ok
No where as bad as some of the comments on here... But do you expect from free healthcare provided by the government ... And I totally agree that that there shouldn't be a double standard regarding healthcare ..for the poor or the ritch .. But unfortunately that the way the world is ..

I went there 5 times and every time I got upset about there service.They can not explain poperly if you ask something about your case and also don't have enough idea about Medicaid program.i think they should hire some helpful employee that office who has patience and not rude .

Unfortunately in order to post I do have to put down a star. However, if I had to change the ratings from 1 being the best and 5 the worst, I will give this center 50 stars. The service is horrible, they don't care what the client needs in their life, and no matter how hard you try to fight to get out, they fight even harder to keep you in and down. Nor do they wish to help you. They continually try to push you off on to other services , and that's federal or whatever. And when you call, they got a machine that gives you the run around and then hangs up on you. This Medicaid center is not worth the money that the government is giving it. It needs to be shut down or freshly staffed. Meaning; they need to fire all those people who don't know how to talk to people, who don't know how to treat people, who don't know how to handle other people's personal business, and hire people that want to work and knows their job, and are willing and able to help others. If I knew how, I would choose to go elsewhere for my Medicaid. This is my advice to ALL who read this. If you are short tempered, easily angered, and don't like laziness go elsewhere for your Medicaid!!!! Or you may end up saying some things or doing some things to some people that shouldn't be said or done if you choose this center for your Medicaid. Good luck and God bless.
