At the time I tried to make an appointment as a new patient, they asked for a credit card over the phone, their policy is to charge $75 incase of a missed appointment. First of all that's not legal to my knowledge. This was just in addition to the extremely rude person who was on the phone with me. I work in a doctor's office and nobody here acts this rude even when patients are being difficult. Don't go there.
