High walls, auto-belays, great bouldering, routes are changed weekly. The fitness center is great for power lifting and kettle bells and very unique for NYC a Concept 2 SKIERG. The staff is great Michael and Trichia address a wide range of fitness challenges from climbing specific to therapeutic recovery and strength/flexibility. Lots of great events, Andrew, Audra, Evelyn do a great job for members - Kevin and staff keep things working!
