I want to thank the technician from Brooklyn Appliance Repair for rushing to our aid when we needed refrigerator repair right before Thanksgiving. We had a lot of food for the holiday and the refrigerator began to get warm. If not for the fast service of Brooklyn Appliance Repair we could have lost a lot and had our holiday ruined. I really appreciate the great service.

When we moved into our Brooklyn apartment we found out that our dryer was not working properly. We called the landlord and he said to call Brooklyn Appliance repair and deduct it from the rent. We called and were pleasantly surprised by how fast someone arrived. He fixed the dryer and our landlord will be happy by how little he charged. Excellent service.

I have a very old refrigerator and when it stopped working I figured it was time for a new one. My wife insisted that I get someone to look at it for one last chance. I called Brooklyn Appliance Repair. They sent a technician out who gave me a price to fix it which was a fraction of the cost of a new one. Today the old fridge is working like new. We were extremely happy with this appliance repair from Brooklyn

The worst. We made an appointment from 3-6pm on a Saturday and they never showed up. Then I called around 6:30pm and they said they'd be there by 8pmish. They called at 8:30pm to say they'd be there in 15 minutes and showed up at my house around 10pm (?!). Totally weird and creepy.

Great service. I called and described the problem, they said someone would be here between 3 and 5, they called at 4, when the were 20 minutes away, diagnosed the problem with the washer as a faulty switch, replaced it, and checked to see that all the functions of the washing machine were working. Fast, easy, same day. It's nice to know that there are companies that really are in the service business.
