Muy mala yo quisiera irme de este roto de ratones. De a fuera se ve bien pero los apartamento no los arreglan las personal que manejando estoy building los estan Dejan do caerse.Estos building son un Land Mark pero no los cuidan.

This has got to be the worst area I have lived in. I grew up in the South Bronx and thought that this was a step up. I was wrong. The management office is rude and not helpful at all. You get an attitude from the office whenever you need a repair. Your Con Ed bills will always be estimated because they never let the Con Ed person read the meter on time. The buildings are disgustingly dirty and infested with waterbugs. The giant rat traps outside should also let you know what you are in for. I have cats so thank God I never had a rodent problem. Management is extremely unprofessional. I can't WAIT to get out of here. The working people cant sleep because there are gangs of kids hanging outside all night making noise and if its too cold they sit on your staircase and smoke weed then litter the whole building with leftover chinese food and blunt guts and paper. There are some nice people living there but sooo not worth the headache and embarassment of saying you live there.
