Brio Tuscan Grille

Great spot at the mall, but severely lacking in beer selection.

Been here a few times. Always great food and good service at this location, the lighter far meal with quinoa is surprisingly great!

**WARNING** I took a party of 5 to Brio of Willowbrook, I'm at a loss for adjectives based on this experience. Several of my guests had dietary concerns that we explicitly expressed to our server from the onset. That is after we booked a reservation and waited almost 30 minutes to be seated, this seating error was attributed to some sort of "mixup" despite the fact that we called before we arrived to confirm (and seating was available when we arrived). My guests specifically ordered NO bacon/ pork with their dishes, while I kindly asked for no cheese with my burger. The waiter assured us this was not a problem: except that I received my burger with cheese, and my Halal observant friends got bacon in ALL their dishes. The waiter seemed offended when we asked for the food to be returned- we were left under the impression the staff would prepare the food we had initially requested, but it seems the waiter/ staff picked out the bacon bits/ cheese BY HAND, then served it back to us. Finally before we received our check the same host spilled wine on my suit- I have yet to find a dry cleaner capable of removing the stain. My friends and I were deeply insulted, I assured them we would never make the mistake of patronizing Brio again. I kindly urge anyone reading this to consider any of the 10 quality Italian restaurants located within a 5 mile vicinity of Brio.

Great food and ambiance. Food is excellent for a chain!

I can't stand chain restaurants because al they try to do is sale sale sale!! Thats exactly what this place does.. they start off with their 5 minute daily specials, then shove specialty drinks in your face, then force you to join their loyalty program and then when you want dessert you're afraid to ask because you know it will be some extremely long sales pitch.
