This Brightpoint Health Clinic is far from Perfect. First, the location is very SMALL! The Staff here lacks order & coordination as well as Professionalism amongst other things! That being said, I am Greatful for the Services I do receive from Mr Fano (np), the Medical Assistants. I write this, Not To Belittle Anyone at Brightpoint Health Clinic, but to bring this to the attention to Management that this location NEEDS HELP To Do A Better Job.

the place is really small to the point it's crowded all the time and they never have anything in order. The reason I gave it 3 stars is that my doctor, James Ho is really helpful and very knowledgeable. The staff however knows little what they are doing and the people at the front desk are rude and unorganized
