Guy there at the time was chewing tobacco and constantly spitting into a Gatorade bottle. He missed a few times and the counter was all sticky and brown. But at least everything else was pleasant

People need to realize that people are constantly dealing with bullion prices and people walking in off the street asking tiring questions repeatedly. I am one to walk in and get to the meat and potatoes of the matter after some relaxed browsing. I am the buyer and felt in control. Once that was established, the business unfolded in a polite and friendly manner......VERY SATISFIED !!

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. No sales pressure, just there to assist. I really enjoyed my experience.

Terrible, dont stand behind their merchandise. The signature on my Tom Seaver baseball faded. When I called,Jonathan was rude and no help. This was a gift to me, and he wanted to know who gave the gift and then requested the original receipt for the gift. Anything is better than real help is how they work at Brigandi Coin. Do not shop there!

The employees were very rude, when I walked in none of them asked me if I needed help. I must have walked around for at least fifteen minutes and nobody even acknowledged me, the kicker there weren't even any other customers there. The don't really have a good selection either, its mostly baseball stuff, they had two signed footballs, one signed football helmet, and one signed basketball. The only other things they had were old coins/ old currency notes, some signed bats, and vintage baseball cards. But the store was nice
