Unlike any reviews I've read on their website, I do not agree with some statements made. I found this office to be very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. Front desk person, Sophia was patient with me and explained all aspects of how my insurance works and what to expect. I love their recall system, Dr Thierbach is patient, down to earth personality and seem to be concerned with all my needs and fears. They are a new family I found in Brooklyn.

Rude, nasty people. I called them and they brushed me off about a question I have. I would never go to them!

Hands down the BEST dentist I have ever seen. She has amazing bed side manner and does not condemn you if you're teeth aren't absolutely perfect. She is gentle and fast! I had absolutely no pain during an emergency extraction and she even called me PERSONALLY the following day to see how I was feeling. Dr. Thierbach is just amazing. Simple as that.

This review is NOT for the dentists. I'm not sure how good the dentists are. For all I know they are the best. All I know is that I called the office to get some information, and the receptionist was really rude. She talked over me and seemed inpatient with me within the first minute of us talking. Just because of that, I will not be making an appointment with them. Which is a real shame if the dentist and everyone else who works there are nice. That receptionist just ruined it for everyone.

I have been a patient since 2012, I had cavities, crowns and check up visits. I love their communication with me and reminders for my 6 month check ups or work that was approved by my insurance. Dr Violetta is upfront with your treatment, Sophia reviewes insurance and payments with you upfront so you know what to expect. Their cozy office is clean and equipped with up to date equipment. Thank you Dr Violetta for taking care of me and my daughter
