Unlike any reviews I've read on their website, I do not agree with some statements made. I found this office to be very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. Front desk person, Sophia was patient with me and explained all aspects of how my insurance works and what to expect. I love their recall system, Dr Thierbach is patient, down to earth personality and seem to be concerned with all my needs and fears. They are a new family I found in Brooklyn

Going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience for me, so I don't go as often as I should, and my gums are always in bad shape. I went to Bridge Family Dental because they had a Groupon for a cleaning and x-rays (and I knew I should go, even if I really didn't want to). Unfortunately, my gums were so lousy that I needed to have scaling and root planing. I expected it to be a horribly painful procedure, as cleaning is usually uncomfortable for me, but Sandy was really superb and did the procedure with minimal pain. Whenever there was a sore spot, she immediately gave me more novocaine.

She also gave me a plan to get my gums healthy again, using stuff I already had at home (lots of floss, antiseptic mouth wash and a waterpik). I just went back for a 3-month check-up, and the plan worked! Sandy said my gums were much healthier, and I've stopped bleeding when I floss, and I'm much less sensitive than I was before. I'm so glad I've found a good office to help keep my mouth healthy! Their prices are way lower than those of Manhattan, too, which is always appreciated.
