Brian K. Banks, CPA P.C.

I contacted Brian's firm March 1st, two weeks passed and I had not heard back so I reached out to Brian again, he said he would like to meet me next time I was available, he gave me a date and then never showed or called, I called him to reschedule and he gave me another approximate date and again never showed, when I called he said he does 1,700 tax refunds a year and he rescheduled yet again. After this 3rd and last absence, I called to tell him he was the least professional small business owner I had ever encountered. Even a single phone call to tell me he could not make it would have been appreciated, but apparently Brian is too busy for that. Brian Banks is the most unprofessional experience I have had and I would never trust him with my taxes. I would recommend you avoid Brian's firm at all costs. Zero customer service effort and least courteous financial professional I have ever met. He is also extremely rude and arrogant, just the other very negative review above mine indicates. I hope you read this Brain, you are a light-weight, low-class LOSER.

Brian Banks, What are words I can say? unprofessional, Arrogant,Non apologetic,
Mr.Banks had written a letter to my deceased father in law about services of filing his 2014 corporation taxes. And I quote “Dear Mr _____ I recently left a telephone massage on your answering machine, but I did not get the COURTESY of return telephone call.” Mr. Banks what gives you the right to talk to a client that way? If i Every said that to one of my clients i would have no business. Which he asked me via Telephone conversation “if i was in Business” Yes I am! Mr. Banks also wrote “ If I done here from you in the next couple of weeks. I will ASSUME that 1)you have made other arrangements, and or 2) you no longer CARE about what happens to this corporation. Mr. Banks then ask me “what is the nature of the phone call? I explained that my father had passed away and his letter was very unprofessional.No apology, and say goodbye and hung up.
Mr Banks grow up,and be a professional. The world needs better people not people who think everything is owed to them. Watch what you say to your clients and people. You might never know who you're talking to on the phone.
