I got sick from the masseuse lady; she had been coughing up a storm and massaging my bare back. She got the knots and pain out of my back, but being sick for a month and change after that made it not worth it. Put on a mask, for crying out loud! The lady at the front also gave me such a hard time with my Living Social coupon. She refused to look up the serial number under my name or my friend's name. I pointed out to her how to search for my gift properly. This resistance was annoying and unnecessary.

This is my absolute favorite place to go for a manicure. What makes bela brazil special is the amount of time they spend on your cuticles. They turn your hands into a heavenly, cuticle-free wonder. They spend like a good 10 minutes on your cuticles, (or more if the cuticle situation is bad haha) using freshly sanitized tools. The spa is clean and friendly, the prices are surprisingly good, and the women who work there are super nice. Its not like the asian nail salons where they essentially get you in and out as fast as possible.

I went for a haircut for the first time at this spa. I went over exactly how I wanted my hair and he didn't do anything I wanted.
I wanted my angle to be kept in the back - he cut straight across. I only wanted a little taken off the back - he took off alot. I told him a flat iron my hair under - although it looked good on the way out with it winged out a little. When I got home the next day to do my hair the way I always do it - it didn't look good I guess be he cut it like it would be winged out.
I will not go back... I hate when you tell a stylist how you want your hair and they do whatever they want!!
I am not happy with my hair at all - the only saving grace is I know it will grow back...eventually
