Do not waste your time!!!! I can't wait for my lease to be up to move!!! This place is horrible. They dont like fixing stuff, they turn off the heat every weekend and I have to argue with the office manager and call the emergency line EVERY weekend! I take pictures of the temperature in my apartment so I can send them to the housing inspector!

Lived here for about two months now. Have had little or no problems here. As expected with living in a complex, there are some problems with the power and hot water but totally normal. Basically, treat/clean your place and you should be fine here. Will update if anything happens

Cannot wait until my lease is up Charles is VERY unprofessional he called me a liar 4 times said "suprised you think I'll help you because you're a woman" then hung up on me. My toilet is broken that was the only point of my phone call not for the "landlord" to act like a 4 year old. only reason people move in here is because they don't do criminal background checks. This place is horrible.

SKIP THIS COMPLEX! It is not worth the headache! We've been living here for 3 years now thinking they would come to their senses to resolve all the common issues in the complex. Heating is always a problem. Management would never believe that our apartment is too cold and I came to the point that I had to call the Dept of Health on them in order for them to take action. Maintenance would rarely call back if you have an emergency. There's poor lighting in the parking lot and the laundry rooms are moldy. The biggest problem here is MANAGEMENT! I have Charles, who is the Property Manager of the complex, responded to me with a "watch your tone" reply when I emailed him about the heat. Apparently, he uses the same line to all the tenants who complain about their frozen conditions. I've told Samantha they need to improve their customer service today after giving me a hard time about sending me an email reflecting our conversation regarding the lease renewal. She specifically stated that "she doesn't care about the reviews left online and they can't make everyone happy". They don't care about anything but the check you give them monthly. Don't waste your time and save your money! Go elsewhere!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I lived here from June 2014-June 2015 and have since moved (ran away!). I've had really awful living situations from drugies, to tow trucks running through my apartment, but this is probably the worst I have dealt with.
1. Parking is absolutely awful after 6pm. There is no parking anywhere, and random spots on the streets you can't park on random days. Sometimes I would see a car park somewhere for 5 days straight, I park in the same spot and I get a ticket. There were cars without tickets and out of state plates that were never moved and never dealt with but my roommate had her card towed for 1 night when we first moved in. They make everyone pay $150 for a permit but don't limit the permits to the number of ppl living there. So its pure profit for them.
2. There is a common thread in all of my experiences and that is MANAGEMENT. They are HORRENDOUS. They don't care about anything and can't be bothered to come out of their office or leave the stupid golf cart they drive around (even to rita's while they are on the clock..how do I know? The office girl Samantha told me she does it.) Anyway, I've had mail stolen off my porch, hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and online purchases. Some people even have self installed video cameras outside of their doors because of it. I eventually had to have my mail sent to my work, or a friends house 20 minutes away. I informed them I was having mail stolen, they didn't reply.
3. MOLD MOLD MOLD. I had been having water leaking through my windows for a month. On to my furniture and puddles started to form on my floors. I informed Samantha who said that it was because my curtains hung in front of the radiator and trapped the heat. I tied them up and a week later had even more water coming in to my apartment (no, it wasn't raining, it was just the amount of condensation). They sent someone out to scrape away the bubbled and destroyed paint and window sills only to repaint over it and leave paint stains all over my apartment. It did nothing and the water damage got worse after a week. I then found a MASSIVE black mold spot behind the head of my bed that I had been sleeping next to for months. At this point, I was suffering from nose bleeds, fatigue, and constant colds and coughs. I informed them and they told me I had to be out of my apartment for 6 days. I asked them to help with accommodations, they gave me some money off my rent and that was it. Directly following those 6 days, I left the country for a week and came back to my wood floors completely warped, and all of my wood stairs cracked through and bowed. They were awful to walk on and the wood in my floors buckled up 3-4 inches causing myself and visitors to trip and roll ankles. I informed them of this and they did NOTHING. No replies, no inkling of making the apartment livable.
4. The grounds workers broke my kitchen window when they were mowing the grass (which only happened 2x during my year stay). I informed the office and it took them 2 days to even come out and look at it. There was a 2 inch whole through my glass and I had to clean up the broken pieces in my apartment. I taped cardboard up and when they eventually came to look at it, they took out the glass and LEFT IT OPEN. This window was easily a foot or so wide and at least 3 feet tall. Someone could have easily gotten into my apartment, and even the stray cats or raccoons could have gotten in! This was all while I was at work and I can't even imagine how many hours there was a clear, unattended opening to my apartment. I was furious and marched to office and had a yelling match with Charles, the idiot who also works in the office. He was dumbfounded that I expected him to cover up the window because, and these are his own words "it will be covered in 2-3 days!" 2-3 days they planned on leaving a whole in my kitchen!!!!!!!!! I asked him if he had seen the way it was left and he said no. None of the management had even thought to go look at a missing window from an apartment. This place is AWFULLLLLLLL RUN AWAYYYYY
