I hated my experience at this brake-o-rama. The guy at the front desk seemed very rude and annoyed that I was there. The service is terrible! I took it in for an oil change and most places usually check ur tire pressure, fill ur windshield fluid, check your coolant... but not this place. It was more like ok, we changed ur oil now gtfo my lot." I decided to never take my 1998 car back to this place. I now have a new car and you can bet this car will never set rubber in that shop ever.
