I wanted twice to get my oil change 15 minutes before their close time (6pm) and it was already closed, then again the next morning at 8:40am (open time was 8am) and they were closed.

Had a groupon coupon with 'Break-O-Rama' for oil change. Called this place to get appointment as per the terms in offer. I was not given appointment but to call back later to check to see if they don't see anybody dropping in ? didn't make sense. Called the other location in 'Lodi' and was given appointment immediately, to step in the time I needed next day. Service over the phone was bad, didn't have to visit this location to experience it one more time.

Want to thank Anthony and the staff at the Carlstadt,NJ location ( 240 Paterson Plank Road )
Had a blowout on way to work , he took my car in was able to find me a matching tire in their Lodi , NJ warehouse , they were good enough to drop me off at work while they got my car repaired .
Great facility , better people , I would recommend Brake O Rama to everyone ...

I would like to thank Anthony at Brake-O-Rama for getting my car fixed on time for me to pick up my mother. I came late and Anthony was very understanding. The prices were ok and the service was great.

I have been going to Brake-O-Rama for many many years with my two cars (1989 LIncoln and 2008 Mercury plus my daughter's 2003 Mazda). I live in Manhattan and come here (which says a lot) for the fast service and great prices. I enjoy Anthony, the manager, who makes everybody feel at home and is beyond fair. I have never had any kind of a problem through the years and I had a great deal of major work done. Prior to any work, Anthony calls me to explain what and why along with a ballpark price. I buy all of my tires here as well and would not dream of going elsewhere.
