Bounce Back Fitness

I have been going for about a month, very relaxing and yet a focused atmosphere which is perfect combination. I like my trainers very much (Shelton & Chase), Thanks Phil for adjusting to my schedule.

Well all of the wonderful reviews I read about Bounce Back Fitness were absolutely true. If I could give this place six stars, I would.
Phil contacted me shortly after I put in a request for a personal trainer in my area. He was extremly professional and made an effort to listen so to learn what I was looking for in a trainer. He then matched me up with Laura. I was blown away by the level of service I received. Laura took her time with me to understand my needs and didn't glance at her watch once. She is skilled at her craft and I am so looking forward to working with her!

This personal training studio is awesome. Phill is great and truly cares about his clients. He will try to accomodate his clients the best he can and that is important. I've trained with Mark who is awesome as well. He pushed me to do things I never thought I would be able to do! If you are looking to make a change in your life and challenge yourself and feel good I would definitely recommend BBF persona training studio.

I had the pleasure of training with Michelle. She really knows her stuff and she is very friendly as is all the staff at Bounce Back. I had a great experience with them! I would recommend their facility to anyone looking to get in shape. You can't beat their prices, schedule flexibility, and high quality training.
