Definitely a must! The food is mind blowing, the service is superb, their breads are amazing, desserts are sexy and interior is well designed and maintained. Enjoyed our Prix fixe 5 course lunch tremendously. Will try to be back before they close in December 2016.

Wonderful experience!!! Once you stepped in the building, you would smell the sweet of apples in the entry area, and when you walked in the restaurant, there was a fresh smell of roses you would sense.
Solid French food, with everything very well balanced.
Everything was very well balanced, with them either serving you something to cleanse your palette for the next dish, or the dishes do not overwhelm your taste buds with each successive course.
There is really not much to say, other than to trust the chef here with what you are eating, unless you have ingredients you definitely cannot eat. But just follow what they are serving you, and you really will not be disappointed. As for the desserts, you know that everyone knows Bouley for its desserts. Bouley is definitely a special restaurant which is consistent with it's service and food every visit. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, look no further!

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Beautiful restaurant with an very interesting and broad wine list. But it seemed like the chef was on vacation. The duck and sashimi were bland. The mushroom appetizer was cloying with coconut milk, not sweet garlic as the menu indicated. The service was the worst I can remember in years. It took 40 minutes to be served the wine we finally were able to order. For the rest of the meal our glasses sat empty for 80% of the time . The bread cart came only with the main course, too late to enjoy. I feel misled by the other reviews .

My favorite restaurant! The food, service, and decor are old world amazing. Great for special occasions. Wonderful for when you just want to feel special for no particular reason. People who work there treat you like royalty. Lovely atmosphere. I'm going 6/10/16 if I can get a reservation. Love you all

My spouse , my friend and I ; came here right after our Union for an intimate celebration; not knowing much about it,we were welcomed and served like royalty from top to bottom pure excellence!! We had the most amazing time at this fabulous French restaurant on our special day !! An absolute unforgettable experience!!
