Fucked up place to live. Save urself time and harrasement and stay away from this place. Way too expensive comparing the living standard. They will tow ur visitors car saying that they cannot park inside the lot, because manager is running scam with tow truck company and will charge u $300 when towed. The manager take cash from non residents who park there without permit, therefore most of the time good luck finding parking space. If you complain then ur target of racism and discrimination. Air conditioning unit seems like never cleaned in 15 years.

They have the worst manager to deal with,her name is Gabriella. She look like she is drunk all the time.She is never nice,she is very nasty all the time. I don't advice anyone to come and live here.They gonna have a hard time with this manager.

She didint give me parking sticker and she said you are use parkinglot i towed your car
I paid every mount rent

Pathetic! Class-less manager. The previous manager was much better. No parking space available. I rented 1 bedroom apartment and had 2 cars, I was allowed to park 1 car as part of the lease and I was ready to pay for the 2nd parking spot. The manager says " we never told you to buy 2nd car"... Who says that! She even said " park it in nearby town where there is street parking and then walk home"... Seriously? They took a year to fix an air conditioner which was part of the lease. Overall a very horrible experience. And yeah " no guests parkings allowed" for even a day. Guests are supposed to park in another town and walk to your apartment.
The new manager and her puppets ( maintainence workers ) talk in Spanish in front of the tenants just so that we don't understand anything. Totally unprofessional. The day I left I was told the apartment was not clean and it would take 500$ to clean the staircase and countertop... 500$ to clean a counter top??... These guys are rip-offs
I have many more complaints and I plan to write it on all websites..

Great apartment and community. But the staff at the leasing office stole my money orders and sent me payment due reminders with fines. They do not respond to any emergencies or repairs. Asked to fix something 3 months back and still waiting to get it done.
